invite you to participate in the 4th meeting of popular theater latinoamerican Venezuela 2009 which will be held from 5 to 19 September in the municipalities: Naguanagua, Puerto Cabello, Guaco, Valencia and Carlos Arvelo.
June 30 will close the date of receipt of the proposed theater or scenic.
